At AH we are here to help all brides find their perfect dress no matter the timeframe. There is an option for every bride, whether your wedding is this Spring or Summer 2024. Here are all the wonderful options available to you based on your wedding date and lead time, we hope you find this helpful and that it eases any worries you may have.
If your wedding is Spring/Summer 2023
Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible, we would love to see you at our London Showroom for an appointment to find your beautiful dress. Whilst we love to have 6 months, this is not a rule! At AH we make all of our dresses right here in our London Studio, this means we have some flexibility and the ability to make you a stunning dress in a shorter time period.
If your wedding is Spring/Summer 2023 we can still make you a new made to order dress either in a standard size or made to measure. Depending on your wedding date our stylists will guide you with the right option for you. We also have a lovely selection of sample sale dresses in store too, you can book a sample sale appointment on Thursday & Friday daytimes via our website.

Once your order is placed we will see you very soon to start your fitting process, so it’s important to start thinking about your underwear and shoes as we will need these during your fittings.
For Autumn/Winter 2023 Brides
If you haven’t yet started, now is the perfect time to begin your dress search! We ideally love to have 6-8 months to create your dress so that you have a relaxed schedule in the lead up to your wedding day. It also allows our team to prepare for the busy fitting months, getting fabric orders ready and making sure all of our brides have the best experience possible.
With 8-12 months to go you will discuss all of the options with your stylist when you come in, from a standard size piece with alterations to made to measure. With our assistance we will find the right dress and service for you.
For bespoke designs this is perfect lead time as we will need to source your beautiful materials, work on your bespoke pattern and see you for your 4-5 fittings in the lead up to your wedding day.
Are you a 2024 bride?
There have been so many exciting engagements over the festive period which means you may be looking at 2024 for your wedding date. Whilst this may seem a little while away it is always great to start your dress search early to start understanding what works for you and your special day. There are so many styles, fabrics, shapes, accessories and details to consider. It’s always great to get started and we’d love to see you for an appointment to start your process.
With such a lovely amount of time you will have your pick of options and a wonderfully relaxed experience finding your dream dress.
