We are very excited to announce that our Summer Sample Sale will take place on Saturday 1st July from 10am-5pm at our Islington Showroom. Our Sample Sale is the perfect opportunity to find an AH dress at a gentle price, a dress that is yours and can be perfectly fitted by in our in house team for your special day.
Our Sample Sale will consist of archive pieces that have been lovingly looked after in the AH studio, we will have designs from each of our collections and a huge variety of choice, from strappy silk bias shapes through to corseted, structural pieces. Our Samples will range from sizes UK10 – UK 24.
We will also have accessories in this sample sale including bridal tops, jackets, capes and veils! The perfect accompaniments to finish your bridal look.
A Sustainable Wedding Dress
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do here at AH, all of our designs (including every single sample) has been beautifully made by our in house seamstresses.
An archive Sample dress is a wonderfully sustainable choice for your wedding dress, if you have considered renting your wedding dress we would highly recommend exploring our sample options. Not only will you be purchasing a dress that already exists but there are no limitations when it comes to fitting your design. Our experienced in house team can work with you to ensure your dress fits you like a glove for your special day.
Alongside this, we encourage all of our brides to revisit us after their wedding day to make use of our amazing Post Wedding Alterations Service. Here, you can transform your sample dress once more to create everyday staples for your wardrobe. Why not make your dress into a top and skirt? Or shorten the length to wear time and time again? Which dresses will be in the Sample Sale?
When it comes to Sample Sales we know our brides are eager to see in advance which dresses will be available on the day so we have curated a list of a few designs that are currently available (please note these may change over the coming weeks).
We hope you find this helpful and remember there will be PLENTY more on the day itself! Sizing wise, these will vary and some design we will have in two sizes.

How much will the sample be?
Our Sample Sale dress will range from £500-£1500 depending on the condition of the complexity of the design and condition. Our stylists will be on hand to help you on the day and guide you with pricing for each dress.
Our bridal tops, veils and capes will sit between £150-£500
How do i attend?
Our Sample Sale will work on a guest list basis, first come, first serve. Please e-mail studio@andreahawkes.co.uk with your Name, Wedding Date & Phone Number. We would advise to come early as there will be a queue!
You will be able to try 3-4 dresses in one session
Can i bring a guest
You may bring one guest with you to help you find the perfect dress! Out stylists will also be here to help with styles, advice and guidance.
