Online Purchases

1. Delivery Information

Our new Bridal items are made to order and therefore take between 2-4 weeks for production. This will be confirmed when ordering or by a member of our team after checkout. If you have any questions in regards to lead time or require your dress sooner we can sometimes accommodate, please do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected]

Pyjama and robe orders are made to order and therefore typically take between 7 and 10 work days for production, depending on open orders. If you require sooner or have any specific dates please do contact us on [email protected]

Delivery within the UK and International is charged at a flat rate, confirmed at checkout.

Lead times for delivery may vary, depending on the delivery location.

2. Returns

Please note that new items are produced on a made to order basis. We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your item, but request that we are notified within 5 days of delivery. We ask for a valid reason for your return and all items must be returned as new. We reserve the right to refuse a return where our criteria for returns is not met.

Please note monogrammed Pyjama items are non-refundable due to personalisation. Please check sizing and details before ordering.

Please contact us on [email protected] before returning items to determine the reason and whether you require a replacement. Please always contact us prior to returning any items. If you arrange return please obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office or courier.

Please note that items ordered online cannot be returned in person to our showroom/studio.

3. Online Sample Sales 

Online sample dresses are listed in ‘good condition’ as previously used samples. They will be subject to general wear and tear and sometimes require minor repairs, cleaning and alterations.

We accept returns on these items up to 5 days after you receive, but request that we are notified within 3 days of delivery. We ask for a valid reason for your return and all items must be returned as condition received. We reserve the right to refuse a return where our criteria for returns is not met. Additional services such as cleaning, repairs or alterations are non-refundable once confirmed.
