Knickers, shorts, thongs & frillies
Choose the right shade
You’ll want to get underwear that’s as close to your skin tone as possible. If you’re wearing a white wedding dress, it’s best to stick to nudes and light colours to avoid lines or colour showing through. Seamless underwear or thongs work well!
Top tip: Our brides love high-waisted longline shorts which work perfectly with most of our dresses! Plus, they fit like a dream. Check the depth of your neckline/back of your dress to decide where your short waistline should sit. We can help with this
Low-back wedding dress
If your dress has a low-back, you’ll want something shorter in the waistline. Less is more, so choose skin-coloured underwear, such as:

Just remember to go a size up so there’s no pinching!
Shorts with one leg

When to go braless
Worried about your bra showing through? If you’ve gone for a structured dress with boning corsetry, you can simply go braless! You’ve already got the support you need built-in. You may however feel more comfortable in a bra. If so, we’re more than happy to amend the back of your dress and insert bra retainers for the straps! If you would prefer to wear a bra with your wedding dress opt for a minimal seam t-shirt bra in a nude shade, make sure you get re-measured and ask for help by showing your underwear consultant the neckline and back of your dress.

Sew cups into your dress
Depending on your style, shape and bust size, we can sew cups into your design. Our brides find this helpful and a great confidence boost, as it removes the stress of bra shopping and is surprisingly comfortable!
