A big hello to all of our brides and brides-to-be!
For now we have closed our showroom doors until we are safely able to re-open but we are still here and ready to support our brides in any way we can. Here is a little update to show you all the lovely options we have planned here at AH over the coming weeks
To our current brides
If you are one of our current brides and you were due to come in for a fitting for your wedding dress this month we have sent you an e-mail so please do check your inboxes. We will be here to talk to you on an individual basis and reschedule your fittings for when we are able to safely re-open.
If you have ordered your dress with us and have not yet booked your fittings, please bear with us. We will be assessing each of your dresses and once we have confirmed dates for re-opening we will then be in touch to schedule in your fitting dates with our team.
To our brides-to-be
We have contacted all of our brides who were due to come and visit us this month for a sales appointment to share with you some of the amazing options we have in place. Please do check your inboxes for a message from our team.
Below we will be sharing all of the exciting options available to help you find the perfect AH dress during this time. However, we do understand you may want to still visit us in person, if you have booked via our online booking system you can reschedule your appointment using our calendar, we currently have dates available from the 3rd December and will keep you up to date if our opening day has to change.
A new service that we launched over the summer, this is an amazing option to connect with our team and to try our designs in the comfort of your own home.
You can book your AH From: Home service via our website, whether you live in the UK or internationally.
You will meet with one of our stylist via video call and they will help you to choose three designs to try. These will then be sent to you directly to try at home. If you would like one of our team members to support you on video call whilst you are trying on we would love to arrange this.
Something else our team have been working on over the summer is our Online Shop. We are very excited that our brides can now purchase a standard size dress directly online. We have put together a curated selection of our designs that are timeless, elegant & can be paired with our styling additions such as capes, tops and veils.
Throughout November to celebrate the launch of our online shop we are offering a 20% discount on all new online orders.

Over the Spring lockdown we connected with so many of our brides via video call which was such an accessible way to meet you and discuss your dress ideas. We will be offering the same video consultations throughout November to all of our brides who are yet to choose their AH dress.
During your video consultation you will spend time with one of our stylists who will talk you through our designs, fabrics, dresses and fitting options. You may wish to focus on a particular dress or see a variety of our designs.
A great way to find your dress or as an initial meeting to choose your favourites ready for when we re-open and you can visit us in person to try them on.
We have an amazing selection of archive sample dresses available to purchase via our online shop. We will also be adding more styles over the coming weeks!
Samples are a fantastic option for our brides who would like to purchase an AH design at a gentle price OR your wedding day is coming up soon.

A note from our team…
It’s a time for pause again and we will be spending our days staying proactive and keeping positivity at the front of our minds. This year has been a time of reflection and with lots of challenges we shall be focusing on wellbeing and staying focused on the year ahead. Taking time to gain inspiration for new collections and a further focus on sourcing new sustainable materials. Plenty of cooking, fresh air, baking sweet treats and lighting the fire as the evenings draw in.
I hope it will be a time for you all to strong and focus on the good things and continue with your planning.
